Pastor Paul Kelker

Pastor Paul Kelker is the Senior Pastor and founding shepherd of Fresh Wind Community Church in Las Vegas, Nevada. From an early age, Pastor Paul sensed a call on his life to serve God and His people. His faith journey began in his youth, where he was introduced to a life rooted in Christ and spiritual growth through close mentorship within his family.

Over the years, Pastor Paul has devoted himself to studying the Word of God and developing a deep, practical understanding of Scripture. His passion has always centered on helping people experience God in a way that is personal, transformative, and applicable to real life. His teaching reflects a strong biblical foundation paired with compassion, clarity, and spiritual insight.

Prior to founding Fresh Wind Community Church, Pastor Paul faithfully served in pastoral leadership, gaining experience in ministry development, mentorship, and church operations. During this season, he developed a strong heart for raising leaders, supporting ministry growth, and walking alongside people through every stage of their spiritual journey. These formative years helped shape his approach to ministry — one that values faithfulness, accountability, and spiritual maturity.

In 2002, Pastor Paul relocated to Las Vegas in obedience to God’s leading. What began as a small, intimate Bible study grew into what is now Fresh Wind Community Church — a ministry known for its authenticity, emphasis on God’s presence, and commitment to spiritual restoration. Under his leadership, Fresh Wind has become a place of refuge for individuals and families seeking healing, direction, and renewed faith.

Pastor Paul is widely known for his prophetic insight, practical teaching style, and ability to address real-life challenges with biblical truth. His ministry blends revelation with transparency, creating space for people to encounter God while feeling seen, understood, and supported. His heart is to see lives transformed, families strengthened, and believers equipped to walk confidently in their God-given identity and purpose.

He is married to his wife, Lady Kelker, and together they are the proud parents of three children: Portia Kelker, Paul Kelker Jr. (PJ), and Grace Kelker. Pastor Paul deeply values family and believes that strong homes are foundational to a strong church and community.
