Fresh Wind Community Church began on Resurrection Sunday in April 2007 in obedience to the leading of the Lord. Under the leadership of Pastor Paul Kelker, the ministry began as a simple Bible study and grew into a thriving community church in Las Vegas committed to faith, outreach, and spiritual growth.

From its earliest days, Fresh Wind has been rooted in service. The church developed a strong outreach presence—feeding God’s people with wholesome meals, providing warm clothing and toiletries, and offering prayer, encouragement, and hope to those who were lost, hurting, or in need.

Be a spirit filled and loving church where everyone can make a difference and go out and make followers of Christ according to Matthew 28:19-20.​

Take care of the needy and teach them about Jesus Christ according to St. John 21:15,17

Teach each person how to live a victorious life in Christ on their own according to Eph. 3:1-13

And insure if one is lost: We are to bring him/her back into reconciliation with the Lord according to Luke 15:3-7, Matthew 18:1

Worship & Teaching
Our worship services are Spirit-led and contemporary, creating an atmosphere where people can encounter God freely. Teaching is practical, biblical, and focused on applying faith to real-life challenges.

As the ministry has grown, so has its commitment to developing leaders equipped with both biblical knowledge and spiritual authority. Fresh Wind believes in nurturing purpose and destiny in every believer, empowering individuals to live victoriously in Christ and serve with confidence.

Our children’s ministry has flourished over the years and continues to grow, while our teen and young adult ministries remain strong and intentional in development. In addition, Fresh Wind has established multiple ministries that support worship, hospitality, discipleship, and spiritual freedom—creating a church environment where people are cared for, equipped, and encouraged to grow.

Through consistent outreach initiatives, faith partnerships, and service efforts, the church continues to uphold a strong standard for the Kingdom of God while meeting practical needs with compassion.
We believe the glory of God is revealed not only within the church walls, but through lives transformed, families restored, and communities uplifted. Fresh Wind continues to build faith, confidence, and purpose in the people of God—equipping them as workers in the vineyard and ambassadors of Christ.
