Pastor Paul Kelker was born in Akron, OH and was raised in Southern California. He began his walk with Christ at an earlier age under the tutelage of his uncle, Pastor Preston Kelker.  He served in various positions within the church. He served as the Assistant Pastor for Holy Tabernacle Church under the leadership of Apostle Grace M. Clayton. He relocated to Las Vegas in late 2002 and began his search for God’s next steps for his life.  He often stated he could not “do church the traditional way.” So, the Lord called him to start a new church called, Fresh Wind Ministries.”  It started out as a Bible study and grew into a place of refuge for many people in the Las Vegas area.  The Lord has allowed Prophet Kelker to be very involved in the Las Vegas Community and there are greater things to come.
